Mosque Donation Software

    Donations, without the deductions.

Two-tap giving with Apple Pay and Google Pay, paid straight into your own Stripe account. No platform fee, Gift Aid for registered charities, and 100% of every donation for eligible masajid and madrasahs.

    Apple Pay and Google Pay

    Giving in two taps.

    Apple PayGoogle Pay

Donors pick a fund and an amount, then confirm with Face ID or a fingerprint. No account to create, no card number to type and no bank details to copy, so fewer donors give up halfway.

Works on your Labbaik donation page and on your own website. Cards are welcome too, and every donor gets a receipt by email.

    Your own Stripe account

    Paid straight into your account.

    Stripe ConnectPayouts to your bank

Every donation is taken in your organisation’s own Stripe account, and Stripe pays it out to your bank on the schedule you choose. Labbaik never holds, pools or routes your money.

Connect a separate Stripe account for donations if you’d like them kept apart from fees.

    No platform fee

0% platform fee, on every donation.

    0% platform feeZakat stays Zakat

Labbaik takes nothing from donations, for every organisation and every fund, Zakat included. Stripe’s card fee still applies, and donors can choose to cover it so you receive the full amount.

On Zakat the card fee is always added for the donor, so Zakat reaches you in full.

    100% donation policy

    Keep 100% of every donation.

Verified masajid and madrasahsStudents paying by Stripe

Verified masajid and madrasahs whose students pay their fees through Labbaik by Stripe keep the full amount of every donation. Stripe still takes its card fee at the time, and Labbaik credits it back to you every month, so donors are never asked to cover it.

Your donation pages show a 100% policy badge, so donors know their whole gift arrives. Credits are paid monthly, up to a monthly limit. Zakat donors already cover the card fee, so Zakat arrives in full too.

    Gift Aid

25% more, at no cost to donors.

    UK registered charitiesHMRC model declaration

If your masjid or madrasah is a UK registered charity, donors who pay UK tax can add Gift Aid in one tick, and HMRC adds 25% to their gift. Each declaration is saved with the donation it covers, ready for your claim.

Add your HMRC charities reference once, then switch Gift Aid on for the appeals you choose.

    Built for every appeal.

Run a Ramadan appeal, a roof fund and the everyday Sadaqah box side by side, each with its own fund and its own target, in the same Labbaik as your classes and events.

    Questions & answers

    Donations, answered.

Does Labbaik take a fee on donations?

No. Labbaik charges a 0% platform fee on every donation, for every organisation and every fund, Zakat included. Stripe's own card fee still applies. On most donations, donors can choose to cover it so you receive the full amount. On Zakat it's always added for the donor, so Zakat reaches you in full.

What is the 100% donation policy?

For eligible organisations, Labbaik credits back the Stripe card fees on donations every month, up to a monthly limit, so you keep the full amount of every donation other than Zakat. Donors aren't asked to cover the fee, and your donation pages show a 100% policy badge so donors know their whole gift arrives.

Who is eligible for the 100% donation policy?

Verified masajid and madrasahs that take payments through their own Stripe account and have some of their students paying fees through Labbaik by Stripe. Not every student needs to pay this way: once your organisation is verified and a small number of students pay by Stripe, you're eligible. Labbaik checks this for you, and the 100% policy badge appears on your donation pages as soon as you qualify.

    Where does the money go?

Straight into your organisation's own Stripe account, through Stripe Connect. Stripe pays it out to your bank every day, week or month, or only when you ask, and Labbaik never holds, pools or routes your funds.

Which payment methods can donors use?

Apple Pay, Google Pay and debit and credit cards. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear on phones that have them set up, on your Labbaik donation page and on your own website, so most donors give with a tap and Face ID or a fingerprint instead of typing in a card number.

Do donors need an account or an app?

No. Donors give from a link, a QR code or your website, with no sign-up and nothing to download, and they get a receipt by email.

    Is Gift Aid available?

Yes, for UK registered charities. Donors who pay UK tax can add Gift Aid in one tick, which adds 25% to their gift at no extra cost to them. The declaration uses HMRC's model wording and is saved with the donation it covers, ready for your claim.

Does Labbaik submit the Gift Aid claim for us?

Not yet, but we're working on it. For now, Labbaik creates HMRC's own Gift Aid schedule for you as a ready-to-submit .ods spreadsheet, with every cell already filled in from your donors' declarations, so you can claim straight away through HMRC's Charities Online service.

Can we keep Zakat, Sadaqah and Lillah separate?

Yes. Each goes into its own fund with its own target, so Zakat is never mixed with money for running costs or the building.

What is the optional gift to Labbaik?

On some donation pages, a donor making a one-off donation other than Zakat can add a small optional gift to Labbaik. It's shown separately before they pay, never taken from the donation, never offered on Zakat or monthly giving, and never part of a Gift Aid claim. These gifts help keep Labbaik free for masajid and madrasahs.
