The Labbaik platform
Labbaik adapts to the organisation you run. A masjid, madrasah, small maktab or charity each gets a focused workspace, with only the tools that matter. Add or remove tools whenever you need them.
One platform underneath. A different workspace for every organisation.
How it works
A masjid, a madrasah, a small maktab or a charity.
Only the tools that kind of organisation uses are included, such as classes and fees for a maktab or giving and events for a charity. Everything else stays out of sight.
Add a tool you need, remove one you don't use, or switch organisation type, whenever you like. No need to contact us.
Workspaces
Four kinds of organisation, each with its own starting set of tools. Nothing else appears unless you add it.
The full set, from classes and giving to Nikah, Janazah and Jumu’ah announcements.
Teaching, fees, Sadaqah and Ijazah. Nikah and Janazah never appear.
Just classes, fees and parents. Nothing extra to learn.
Giving, events and appeals, with no classroom tools at all.
The building blocks
Each workspace starts with a set of these, and you can add or remove any of them yourself.
Why modular
Staff and volunteers only see the tools they use, so a new teacher or committee member is up to speed quickly.
Your workspace is ready from day one, and you can add or remove tools or switch organisation type yourself, without asking us.
Every organisation is £0 a month on Safar. You only pay a small fee on card payments you collect.
Questions & answers
No. Labbaik covers teaching, giving, certificates, events and messaging, but it's modular: each organisation gets a focused workspace with only the tools it uses. A small maktab doesn't get donation appeals and a charity doesn't get registers or Hifz tracking, unless they choose to add them.
Each kind of organisation gets its own workspace and set of tools: a masjid gets 9, a madrasah 7, a small maktab 4 and a charity 4. Tools outside that set don't appear, so there's nothing to hide or learn, and you can add or remove any tool yourself at any time.
Yes, whenever you like, and you don't need to contact us. Switch your organisation type yourself and your workspace updates with the matching tools.
Yes. The tools your workspace starts with are only a starting point. Add a tool your organisation needs, such as donations for a maktab running an appeal, or remove one you don't use, at any time and without contacting us.
The full set: attendance, progress, fees, messages, donations, events, Nikah, Janazah and announcements. That covers classes and fees as well as giving, Nikah, Janazah and Jumu'ah announcements.
Labbaik for masajid →No, unless you choose to add them. A madrasah account has attendance, progress, fees, messages, donations, events and Ijazah, with no Nikah or Janazah in the set.
Masjid. Its workspace includes the classroom tools, attendance, progress and fees, alongside donations, events, Nikah, Janazah and announcements, so the masjid and its maktab run in one place.
No. A charity account has donations, events, messages and announcements, with no classroom tools. If you do run classes, add the tools you need yourself.
Labbaik for charities →No. Pricing isn't per tool. On the Safar plan every organisation is $0 a month, with a small fee only on card payments you collect, from 1.5%. Cash and bank transfers are never charged.
See pricing →One. Every workspace runs on the same Labbaik platform in the browser, on any phone, tablet or laptop, with nothing to install.
